Children Learn What They Live

They learn to condemn.
If children live with hostility,
They learn to fight.
If children live with ridicule,
They learn to be shy.
If children live with shame,
They learn to feel guilty.
If children live with encouragement,
They learn confidence.
If children live with tolerance,
They learn to be patient.
If children live with praise,
They learn to appreciate.
If children live with acceptance,
They learn to love.
If children live with approval,
They learn to like themselves.
If children live with honesty,
They learn truthfulness.
If children live with security,
They learn to have faith in themselves and others.
If children live with friendliness,
They learn the world is a nice place in which to live.

This is so true! I must frame this in my home next time.
I owe so much to my parents.
They have invested so much time and love in my life.
Since young my parents never failed to take us out for dinners at night on weekends, papa would tell us bed time stories (esp his famous version of ali baba- can laugh like mad! hehe), papa would play badminton with che che and i, I'd always celebrated my birthdays at McDonalds, mummy would listen to me telling her about my whole entire life in school every weekday and she never appeared to be bored at all (although I would totally understand if she zoned off in between), i would earnestly wait for my mummy and papa to come home and then show them the paintings/essays that ive drawn/wrote for them; everyday before my sister and i go to school, papa would come down and carry our bags for us into my uncle's car and my mum... yes my mum, no words can describe her...she is and will always be my best friend.
I will never be the person I am today without my dearest mummy and papa.

Today im in the library again to use the computer.
I realised how dependent I am on the internet.
Anyway i think i will get myself a new laptop since mummy gave me the green light.
I still have some problem sleeping at night. So sad right? Yeah it is. But i think it will get better once the exams are over. Today i sat for drafting exam. It went alright:) Better than the mocks - i failed my mocks so i was like super scared for the real thing, you know what i mean? I think i did pretty well in comparison with my mocks but then when i came back i realised, oh crap...etc etc. BUT i told myself, "Ann u seriously gotta change lor. Y beat urself up for sthg u can do anything about". Please dont laugh at me. Anyway im soooooooooo happy that drafting is over. Opinion Writing is over. Advocacy is over. ReDOC is over. Conferencing is over. What a relief!!! Still many more to go but at least, Im done with 5 subjects!! :D

And God has been so good to the peeps living in the UK. It is finally super duper sunny over ere! I tanned my legs in my room coz the sunshine was bursting through my window panes and im lovin every minute of the orange rays :)
How come somebody can be so tired but cant sleep? I couldnt sleep at all when I came back from my 4 hour exam and was talking to baby for like 3 hours! hehe. She is the cutest thing. I tried to sleep so she did her own thing and we left the phone on speaker mode...i know! ure going to say 'eeee....so cute!' hehe ya i know! That was exactly how i feel :) We are so cute together.
Okie that's it. GTG now. Going to hv dinner now. :)
And i realised..life is so short.
We really ought to appreciate our loved ones and tell them that we love them.
Sometimes you might be too late :,(
