Kenneth's friend, Samuel came down fr London. So together with his gf, Hui Lin we all went out for a nice lunch at one of the local pubs called Pen & Wig.
Pen & Wing
It attracts a mix of customers, including legal professionals and students. Sadly no wigs are spotted but solicitors do take their pen along for lunch.
The decor is very much traditional, with extensive oak paneling throughout.

Beef lasagne
Kenneth orderd a burger with 3 succulent beef patties, curly fries, salad and sauce! mmM..
As you all know or shud know by now (heehee), i hv pretty high standards esp when it comes to food tasting. But pls dont get me wrong. Im really glad n contented that i hv food to it. hehe. Im just saying that this is just one of those ordinary pub food. No big hoo haa abt it. Howver they hv a lovely garden spot outside the pub where u can chill and hv a chit chat over a drink in the summer. Very lovely indeed!
I reallye wanted to put up some really beautiful scenery pics but have some prob uploadin them. =( so sorrie! Will post them up tom.
I LOVE TREES! =D I love the spade shape. Since pictures speaks a thousand words - ull see it tom.

Beef lasagneOne thing i like most abt this place is that the food served here are reasonably priced. I ordered a beef lasagne for 2.99 pounds. *dont convert!* hehe. (thxs mummy papa!) It's actually considered pretty cheap. However, the portion was a lil too small for a big eater like me.
