PostHeaderIcon Cardiff European Games

Woah! It has been more than 10 days since i last blogged! I miss u bloggie! Have been very busy completing my land law assignment and alas! I am SO done with it. :D I just came back from a 4-day Easter Conference. Definitely learnt a lot and bonded closer with my church friends :) As for today, since i have to go to church soon as it's Good Friday, i will just blog abt the CEG that took place 2 weeks ago alto i have much to say abt other events!

Just pictures for now.

The Malaysian Society of Cardiff University organized a whole loads of games open to university students in the European Union. I was one of the volunteers for d football event in score keeping.
Even though it was open to the Universities in the European Union, none came except the ones in the UK n Northern Ireland.

Kids in training! Grooming to be the next David Beckham.

SOH QUTEE!

1,2,3 KICK!!

With Claud and Nico

One of the 3 teams representing Cardiff in football

Kenneth scored 5 goals!! ^^

This is one of our star players who scored super a lot of goals!!
An import to the Cardiff team! haha

Beautiful blue skies!

What i must must must comment on is the China team! They were amaaaaazing i tell u!! Not only did they keep themselves composed when facing the winning team from Northern Ireland who was super ganas, rude and rowdy, they were very skillful!

This is their goal keeper who saved SOOOOOOOOO many goals. The striker in the opponent team must have been so frustrated. I remember my other fellow score keepers - Wan Jinn and Yuk Kee were going on and on about how 'keng' this Mr. 21 is and i was 'instructed' to take many pictures of him. hahahaha :P It was my pleasure indeed.

They were also raving about him because when his fellow teammates got really mad and wanted to fight with the Northern Ireland team during the match for playing roughly, he said to them, "Calm down! Calm down! Football's only a game". hehe that statement melted the girls' hearts.

However, the China team didnt manage to conquer any position in the Bowl Category (that's like the 1st category of championship - the highest one)

Kenneth's team won first place in the Cup category (2nd category) :)

I love the dogs here because their fur is sooooo super shiny and glossy. Furry animals i love u!

This one simply adores attention. When he passed by a group of us volunteers and participants , he stopped walking and immediately sat down! His owner tried to pull him up but he just refused. Since he was calling out for attention, i gladly went to him and pat him all over. hehehehe. I love golden retrievers.

The commitee prepared for us nasi lemak for lunch !!! IT was spicy to the max! I love spicy food. The more chilli, the better cause more shiooock! But this one - i have to admit it;s one real authentic spicy nasi lemak.

Melody was sooo kind to prepare us dinner as she knew we were all so tired after volunteering for the whole day at Power League. (6.30am to 6pm)

She cooked curry chicken and sambal!!!! :D Really enjoyed the food.

This is the picture of the sambal. SOOO HOT n yummy!!!

And eggs!

hehe Thxs Melody.

I cant wait to go back to Msia!!
The luxury of food awaits me! hahaha
