Guess what! I made chocolate truffles yesterday night. Im so happy!! It tastes extremely "chocoliciously" good & melts straightaway in your mouth ... MMMmmm..

The truffles are not entirely round because it's not easy to roll it into a circle without passing on body heat to the chocolate which we'll make it become all gooey and sticky.

I rolled on cocoa powder and pistachio nuts over the chilled chocolate. It's so easy to make that i am even thinking of doing this as a business in the future! ahahah.

Indeed, God always bless the work of my hands, making my joy complete. AMEN!

A friend said something casually the other day and I have been reminded of it from time to time. He was pointing out who can bake what & when it came to me, he said "Hui Ann ah, she can do anything". :)

God is truly d strength of my heart & portion forever more. I remember having a prophecy over the creativity of the works of my hands and how it will bless people. I believe that God will use this humble of hands of mine to show His glory.

I just finished 1 tutorial and will rush to town to get long spaghetti straps for my chinese dancers. Plus, it's sunny again!! 5th day in a row. AHH, happiness!! :) :) Ta!
