Lynn's 19th bday bash!

On the 1st of Nov, it was my buddy's bday! YO LYNN! happie bday! =D

So, in celebration of that auspicious day, we went to Nando's located in the far end of the city centre. Teng che told me so last minute abt the free 1/2 chicken promo so in the end, we only managed to print out 3 coupons for kenneth, myself n lynn.

Lynn's cutey fren, Sabrina who came down all the way from Kent came along with us too. Siu Ming, Lip Sing, Sin Yu and Sara also came along. So in the end, we split the bill evenly =)

Nice rite? We sat at the top floor. The ambience at Nando's is dominated by low key lighting which creates a very cosy atmosphere.

In my entire life, i only had nando's once in msia! this is bcoz i dont really fancy it and i tot it was pretty dry. In UK, on that day, after ive tasted d goodness nando's has to offer, i told myself i HV to go back there another time! It was scrumptious! Tasty and appetizing to the very end!

SWEET MASHED POTATOES.... WOOooo melts in ur mouth .... what else can i say.. haha thumbs up. a lil too sweet for me coz i think they added sugar. but if they cut down on it - BEST!

I had 3/4 of a chicken. same as kenneth. hehe ru guys shocked?
I havent had so much chicken that satiated my hunger altogether. This is the first time!

In the evening, at abt 6pm, Kenneth and i went to the city again to get Lynn her bday cakes fr Marks n Spencer b4 it closes. Ill talk abt it later. Since the birthday party was only at 7pm, Kenneth n i decided to hv a chat over a cup of coffee.

I bought Kenneth his fav - Caramel latte.
He, being the itchy finger person dat he is, destroyed the picture of an N which was decorated nicely. so all we hv now are splashes of white n brown. hehe.

HEeHEe that was d best coffee ive ever tasted coz we had it tog.
so corny but it's true =)

We headed to Hard Rock cafe at bt 6.45pm

I fell in love wit the incredible array of rock memorabilia and the rock attitude in the cafe.
There r so many flat screen tvs at basically every corner so that regardless of ur sitting postion, ull be able to watch mtvs and music shows by famous legendary bands n rock stars.

HR Cafe CARDIFF is home to memorabilia pieces of famous bands like Stereophonics.
A guitar used by the band in the early years and signed by all 3 members.

MARIAH CAREY! weEe! I like her. This is prob like her first album cover.

She looks so young n youthful ere. Personally i feel she shud cover up n dress more like her age! but who r we to comment rite? Everyone is responsible over their own lives n hw they choose to live it.

She loves it and Kenneth said his choice is always better than mine since my choice of d sandwich we had was so-so compared to this.

Our meal. It's not that bad okie. I think it was alright. Hehe we were tooo full aft having so much chicken in the afternoon n so we shared... plus the portion is HUgEEe!
