My yet another post on food. hehe. Please bear with me.

Ive been eating out quite frequent lately. $$$$ bye bye money. I console myself it's okay to treat myself with good food since it's christmas, new year and the start of the new years and holidays. and...this is going on and on. hehehe.

So today, Kenneth, lynn and I decided to have buffet for lunch at Spice Root, located at the heart of Cardiff Bay.

I LOVE LOVE the Stir Fry Wok Station!

For the main course, they serve rice, indian food, roast potatoes(shucks i forgot to take more of it!! It was nice! :( , naan which was dry n flaky *very yucky, thai curry chicken and the best of all .....

Stir Fry Wok Noodles!! soooo good!

You place the amount of onions, mushrooms, cabbage and noodles that you want into a plate and the chef will fry it for you. Also, u are given the choice of having it as spicy as u like.. and OF COZ...being a true Malaysian, i wanted mine EXTRA SPICY! =D

Then i ka liu and took this Indian Chicken thingy, cant remember what it's called and their home made nuggets which was very crispy n delicious.

One incident that happened today was that while we were queuing up for our turn to have our noodles cooked, this Indian guy behind us actually used his bare hands to pick the onions, mushrooms n noodles and placed it on his plate!! HOW GROSS!!! When lynn pointed it out to me i was blur for a moment, but then it suddenly hit me that this guy r...really no manners!! Somemore u know indians eat with their hands rite? Seriously, he needs to learn some manners or should i say at least some public decency??

Lynn started her feast with Salad. She says it helps her with her digestion so she can eat more afterwards.

Humus, tomatoes, olives(very gross! not my cup of tea), coleslaw, naan, vegetables

They also serve sushi but i thought it was a little dry so i didnt go for a second helping on that.


One of the best part - Dessert! hehe. We had chocolate syrup spreaded generously on top of our vanilla ice cream and honeydew. yum yum! As for the piece of cake, i think it was caramel and didnt really like it.. so yeah. hehe

I havent talk abt hw i spent my new years. Next post =)

I miss home sometimes. Really miss my family, my house and all the people i love back home but on the contrary, im very glad to be where i am. I finished all my four assignments before i went to Malaysian Christian Conference (MCC) on the 24th of dec. =) yay!
