I finally got back on track with my work on Thursday after being in a 4 day daze (post FOD syndrome). It's time to snap out of my day dream and get back to reality. :( I worked really hard on Thurs, Fri and Sat to complete 3 homework for this coming week and when i finally finished it, i relaxed!! hehehee yay!!
This week i went out with my girlfriends and had loads of fun.
This is gonna be a quick post because it's gettin a lil late and i gotta go to bed soon :P
But ahh... I had the biggest urge to blog again. hehe.

WEDNESDAY
Kenneth gave me a treat at Woodville Pub. I ordered a burger. Cant remember what it's called but it was really really good!! Juicy beef patty with bacon, veg, cheese, onion ring and emm.. maybe that's it. Kenneth ordered the same kind of burger but his one has an extra beef patty. Hehe mummy i know u'll surely freak out reading this. But dont worry..I dont always eat this. :PTHURSDAY
I went to watch Shopaholics with Sara, Lynn and Sana. It's such a good chic flic!! I know i have mentioned this in my last post but yeah.. it totally deserves to be mentioned a second time. hehe. After the movie, we went to Tenkaichi, the most worth-it-for-money Japanese restaurant in Cardiff! If u hv lunch at 12-2pm on a weekday, u get 20% off. And u can also get a special 10% off if you're a Malaysian student! How great is that! But of course, u cant use both of the advantages at the same time.
On the way to the city to catch the movie.Pretty scenery yeah? :) Very very pretty indeed.

FRIDAY
SLASH (a very very talented group of girls doing hip hop) organized a one night performance by a variety of hip hop performers - one of them who came to perform won the UK championship in hip hop; there were also beat boxers, breakdancers etc and of course, SLASH themselves.
Anyhow, after that we joined Christine, Sara, Marian and Neha for a drink at Taft which is located in the Student Union :)
We played a few rounds of "I did ... etc" and if you hadnt done it before, you have to drink! Haha it was so funny cause one of our fren, *we shall keep her name anonymous, was the only one who had to drink most of the time as she was only one who had done sthg! hahahaa. But after that they changed the rules - if you didnt do sthg they mentioned, you gotta drink.
SATURDAY
oOo i love styling my hair.
I feel like becoming a hair dresser sometimes.
I think it's one of my yet another hidden talent waiting to be exposed! hahaa.

And i have no either why not many ppl are interested in it. mm.. hehe. Anyway, Lynn said she'll go with me at 10.30pm (it starts at 8pm and ends at 1am but then one of her friend who is one of the SLASH girls told her that the good stuff will start only at 10.30pm) So i waited for Lynn but she came late cause she was out celebrating her friend's dinner and in the end we reached at 11.45pm, just on time to watch the final performance by SLASH! aiyo! hahaha. Nvm ler. I paid 5 pounds for 3 minutes. :P I didnt wanna go in myself cause it's not just solely performance but sort of a club with some performance in between.

So cheap rite! hehe. Usually it'll be 3 pounds plus in the clubs or dinning place.
I laughed a lot!It was good meeting up with them again :)
SATURDAY
We have been planning this outing for so long!! Just 4 of us gals - Claudia, Cindy, Melody & I. Finally it happened! hehe. We decided to go to Nandos for dinner and just chit chat all night long.

Melody is the champion la. She walked all the way from Talybont to my place in the rain!! waa! i salute u Melody! hehe. By the time we reached Nandos, we gals were wet! Mainly because of the wind that blows into our face. The gals didnt bother to shield themselves from the rain but i used my hoody because i wanted to protect my hair! so sad!! It was ruined in the end anyways :( U naughty rain!! terribleee!!

When we just arrived, we were escorted to the first floor. However, the lights above our table went off and since it was so dark, we definitely wouldnt be able to see our food properly and hence we cant enjoy it AND very importantly, we cant take nice pictures!!!

He changed our table for us to the one that situated on the ground floor where we had the perfect lighting to take pictures! And so i casually asked him where is he from and all. He is from Venezeula, South America. That's the reason why he has such a unique accent. After we finished our main course, we thought of having dessert. (so typical of Malaysians hor. hehe) Then when he came to take our orders, we changed our minds and told him we decided not to have desserts.
And you know what, this sweet waitor of ours gave us a free ice cream.

And in the end, he gave each of us a Nando's loyalty card. We all had a stamp of 1/4 roast chicken which was what we ordered. But hey nooo!! Not only 1 stamp. He gave us an extra 1/4 roast chicken stamp when we only had ordered one each!! He was so nice to us! And this means if i go to nandos again, i'll get one free 1/4 roast chicken with my next purchase of the same. WHEEE!!
It's good to be girls! HEHEE :D
