Tuna sandwich
Okie sorry my blog is gonna be a bit boring for these few days cause i have 3 class tests back-to-back! booo!! Have to study and remember the cases and sections which are starting to drive me insaneee!! Okie im not complaining because wth im studying law. I have already anticipated this from the beginning. Anyway, since i dont really have the time to cook at night, I bought a sandwich filler! It's tuna btw. And i bought bread! hehe high quality bread okiee - 1.58pounds! Not the cheap cheap one. There was one type selling for 34p! But i didnt want it. hehehehe. Must choose the healthier option. The one i purchased had oats and a few types of seeds. Not bad. But i prefer the other one i bought last year which had a purple packaging - if i'm not mistaken it has 5 types of seeds. :P
Having those extra ingredients in the bread makes me look forward to having the next bite! Nyam nyam nyam. I wanted to buy coronation chicken sandwich filler but it ran out of stock!!! Boooooo! So i chose tuna which was not very nice but i had to finish it anyway. As always, i wouldnt have bread just like that with tuna spread on it. Not nutritious enough! hehhehe.
So what i did was, i pan fried some mushrooms, then i added some si yau (soya sauce), some chilli flakes, a bit of chilli sauce & pepper. Stir fry for awhile. Then, cracked in 1 egg. Carefully pierced through the egg yolk so that it fills the whole pan. Pour in a little garlic powder. Let the egg cook for 1 minute then turn it the other side ----- what u get: YUMMY TENDER EGG WITH MUSHROOMS!!
And it was my 3rd time buying bread in the UK. As you can see, i dont always eat bread because i prefer eating proper meals. However, i can foresee myself surviving on bread in the few months to come when the exam period arrives.
Okie that's it. Im studying for tort now. Wah can cry man. Freakin loads of cases to study. seriously!! Considering the fact that i think i can memorize things fairly well because remember, i am a direct production of the Malaysian education system - feed me and i will vomit everything in exam. Then can get A already~! hahaha. Regurgitation used to be the way to score.
But studyin law is different. U gotta give ur own opinions and learn how to see things from 2 sides. So i guess im being trained to think out of the box. So, that's very very good. It maybe hard now but i'll benefit later on :) Yay i hope to be a good lawyer! hehe.

Kenneth is so smart! Really! It's really good to have such a brilliant bf! hehhehe :) To me, smart means having the ability to excel well in studies and also being sing muk on the other hand (street smart). Nowadays, it's not enough if you are just good in studies. I think it's better to have the latter than the former. But it's definitely a blessing to have the best of both worlds.
Aih, i read through his test paper which he sat for last year. OMG he got 69 marks for the test and teacher even wrote GOOD JOB! Somemore that teacher is my tutor who is very strict okie!! waaaaa! Makes me scared only. Sigh and i just got back my land law formative assignment and i didnt do very well. I know i was a bit confused reading that freakin confusing land law text book. I take comfort in having a new text book that i just bought and will read it. Hopefully i can ace my exams! Now, ive begin to realise that law isnt that easy anymore.

- We do not remember days; we remember moments. I was once told by a friend that we should do the following: To laugh often and much; to appreciate beauty, to find the best in others; and know that great things can only come with hardship because everything happens for a reason.
