Papa's skype status

Papa is soooooo extremely cute!
I woke up, logged into skype and saw his skype status:
hehehe ;) *big smiles*
Papa says he's so proud of me, and then he told me that a tenant in our shop lot is going against the contract as he's moving out before 2013 and my uncle and pa was laughing saying, 'now Ann can sue him for breaching the contract. Plus i dont have to pay lawyer fees!', but pa continued saying, 'no la, just joking, no point creating trouble. He has been a very good tenant. I'm just going to ask him to pay an extra 3 months rent. We can easily find another tenant'.I told Pa that he did the right thing as it's important to be a peace maker and a peace keeper, considering the fact that it's quite easy to find another tenant to replace him.
Pa and ma are coming soon! I'm so excited! Havent seen them for more than a year already.
